Tell me about the Glitter?
We've been making Kindy Glitz for over 30 years, and it was really formulated for professional card makers, and it is still being used by them today. We still make Kindy Glitz here in our factory in Sydney. The glitter we use comes from the USA, and while we've tried many different glitters from around the world, we've found this is the most consistent. It is fascinating the way they make it. Basically, its a sheet of very thin aluminium foil that's then coated on both sides with colour, it is then coated in a resin and then using a guillotine they cut it up into really really small pieces, and that gives us the glitter.

KINDY GLITZ 3D
Derivan 3D Kindy Glitz is an acid free, archival quality, dimensional paint and glue, great for adding a little glamour to papercraft, cardmaking and scrapbooking projects. It can be applied to all card and paper surfaces, as well as glass and acetate, drying to a raised, 3-dimensional finish. Available in a range of three finishes, including Glitter, Metallic and Gem - these will be a popular addition to the well known Derivan Kindy Glitz range. 3D Kindy Glitz’s specialty formula is touch dry in 30 minutes, and although slightly milky when first applied, it will dry to a brilliant finish.
